Why Taxi Food?

My name is Christopher, a business developer based in Nosy Be since December 2025. I set up Rentanoo here, the platform that takes care of travellers from A to Z: airport transfer, accommodation, rentals, excursions — and now food.

Two things kept coming back. Residents told me they would love to eat the way you eat in Ambatoloaka, minus the noise, the scene and the crowds. And travellers, every single time, asked me where to eat, which places are worth it, who to trust — and whether anyone delivered.

So I tried it myself. Most restaurants do not deliver. You send a badjaj — the local tuk-tuk — and the order never turns up, turns up with a bite out of it because the driver got hungry on the way, or turns up cold.

That is why I built Taxi Food: real restaurants, real couriers, and your order tracked all the way to your door.
